Dynamic Video Player is operated by DynamicVideo LLC. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean DynamicVideo LLC.

Please read these Terms before using Dynamic Video Player ("the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Pre-launch status

The App is not yet publicly released. Any prices shown on our website are planned prices for launch and are not an offer to sell. No purchase is being accepted at this time. Joining our mailing list creates no obligation on either side and does not create a license or an account.

2. What the App is

Dynamic Video Player is a desktop application for playing multiple videos and images at once in a configurable video wall. You are responsible for the media you load and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

3. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your own computer while your license is valid. The App runs on your computer; we do not host your video files.
You get two keys and type them in the App: one opens the App, the other unlocks the paid features. Keys are entered in the App, not on this website.
The paid key works on one computer at a time. To move it to another computer, contact us.
The App checks your license each time it starts. If it cannot reach the license service, it will not start. There is no offline mode.
We may disable a license that breaks these Terms, that was obtained fraudulently, or whose payment was reversed or disputed.

4. Paid plan and payments

The paid plan is a yearly subscription that renews until you cancel.
If you cancel, the paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for.
Store policy: payments are not refundable.
If a payment is reversed or disputed through your bank or card issuer, the paid features on that purchase end.

5. Free download

When a free download is offered, it is one per email address, ever, and limited per network address each month. The download link is short-lived; if it expires unused, that email's free download is spent. After a successful install the downloaded setup file is meant to remove itself; the App stays.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful content or purposes; resell, redistribute, or share license keys; or attempt to bypass, patch, or circumvent licensing checks.

7. Your media files are yours

The App plays media you point it at. The App does not delete, move, or modify the original media files on your disk. In-app "remove" actions only affect the App's own library, current view, playlists, favorites, and screen slots — never your source files.

8. Sharing features

You can export a layout as a portable file, or create a short-lived link so someone else can open the same arrangement. A link carries only the layout and the media URLs it points at — no account details and no personal data — and expires one hour after creation. The short lifetime keeps us from holding your data any longer than the hand-off needs; it is a storage limit, not a security control. Do not share links to material you do not have the right to distribute.

9. Program files

Do not modify the App's program files. A modified copy may stop working; reinstall it by running the setup file we provide.

10. Updates

The App can offer newer versions. We may require a newer version to keep using the App; you install it by running the setup file we give you. Updates may change features and these Terms.

11. Not for children

The App and this website are not for children. Do not use them if you are under the age of majority where you live.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or media. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes

Features, prices, these pages and the App can change before and after launch. We may update these Terms. When the version above changes, the App will ask you to review and accept the current Terms before continuing to use it.
